At Acadia, our Corporate Responsibility approach is rooted in our mission to transform scientific promise into meaningful innovation for people living with neurological disorders and rare diseases. We believe advancing care for underserved communities goes hand in hand with responsible business practices, ethical leadership and a commitment to sustainability.
Our 2025 Corporate Responsibility Report provides transparency into our priorities and progress across our people, communities, products, environment and governance.
Our dedication to patients guides how we research, develop, manufacture and deliver safe, effective and innovative therapies. We maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System designed to support safety, efficacy, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Ensuring patients can access the treatments they need is central to Acadia’s mission. Through advocacy, partnerships and dedicated support platforms, we work to help address barriers to care for people living with neurological and rare diseases.

Acadia’s community engagement spans partnerships, employee volunteerism, patient advocacy and targeted philanthropy. We collaborate with organizations such as Fleet Science Center, YMCA, The Michael J. Fox Foundation, Red Cross, United Way, and Project Onramp to support patients, families and the communities where we live and work.
Acadians also give back through volunteer opportunities, including one paid volunteer day each year, and through company-supported service projects and patient advocacy events.

Environmental stewardship is part of how we operate responsibly. We are embedding environmental responsibility into our business strategy and daily operations, with a focus on regulatory compliance, climate risk management, emissions measurement, data quality and continuous improvement.
Acadia is building the systems and processes needed for greenhouse gas emissions reporting in accordance with California Senate Bill 253, including disclosure of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions with plans to expand to Scope 3, and evaluating opportunities to reduce energy use, improve building efficiency and minimize waste.

Strong governance and ethical leadership help ensure we operate responsibly as we grow. Our Corporate Responsibility approach includes Board and management oversight of key risks and opportunities, enterprise risk management, compliance, data privacy, cybersecurity and a Code of Conduct that applies to all employees, officers and directors.
Led by our Chief Compliance Officer, our compliance program supports adherence to applicable laws, regulations and industry standards through written policies, training, monitoring, auditing and oversight. We encourage reporting of potential issues and maintain protections against retaliation for those who report concerns in good faith.
Our Code of Conduct embodies the principles and practices that define how we conduct our work and applies to all employees, officers and directors. It guides ethical business conduct, reinforces expectations for integrity and sound judgment, and supports a culture where Acadians can raise questions or report concerns without fear of retaliation.
Patients make our clinical trials possible. We conduct studies with a commitment to participant safety, scientific integrity, data privacy and high-quality evidence, while working to support diverse participation and reduce logistical barriers where appropriate.
